It has been clinically proven that a large number of stem cells and osteogenesis-related growth factors contained in autologous red bone marrow have the ability to promote bone repair. According to this principle, the bone growth negative pressure enrichment device can quickly enrich the effective bone formation components such as stem cells and growth factors in the patient's autologous bone marrow into the bone repair material during the operation, so that it has the biological activity of autologous bone.
A large number of research reports, animal experiments and clinical cases have proved that this technology can significantly improve the biological activity of bone graft materials and increase the bone fusion rate.

Instructions
1. Equipment preparation
Configure 10-20ml of 1000U/ml heparin normal saline, and draw 1/5 of the volume of bone marrow to be drawn into the syringe in advance. Prepare 1~2 16# bone marrow puncture needles. Put the bone repair material into the cone and cover with the upper filter
2. Bone marrow extraction
Choose the anterior superior iliac spine or posterior iliac as the bone marrow puncture point. Use a syringe containing heparin saline to draw an appropriate amount of bone marrow. It is recommended to aspirate 2.5~5ml of bone marrow from each site and shake it immediately. The total amount is 5 per gram of bone graft material. ~6ml bone marrow is appropriate. The bone marrow can also be obtained in the same way as above in the steps of implanting pedicle screws.
3. Cyclic enrichment
Inject the bone marrow into the cone, close the outer cover, and evenly press the handle of the bone growth enricher to the top of the bone and release it. After the bone marrow is completely refluxed and the handle returns to the original position, press the handle again to start the second cycle. Accumulate 4 to 5 times of the above enrichment operations.
4. Material transplantation
Open the outer cover and rotate the cone counterclockwise to remove the cone from the base. According to the needs of the operation, the bone repair material can be taken out and directly implanted in the desired bone graft area, or the intervertebral fusion cage or titanium cage can be inserted into the desired site.
