Instructions
- Anesthetize and clean the skin.
- According to different joints and surgical purposes, puncture with a perfusion suction needle at a specific part of the joint and reach the designated position.
- Inject proper amount of saline to bulge the joint cavity or other surgical areas.
- Choose the appropriate approach according to different joints and indications, insert the arthroscopy to the designated position, and observe the lesion or tissue state.
- Disassemble the disposable sterile arthroscopy planer in a clean environment. When inserting the planer, adjust the direction of the handle until the button A on the planer is aligned with the handle groove. Insert the planer into the handle so that the button enters the slot. The button should be pushed as close as possible to formally lock it.
- According to different joints and indications, choose the correct approach to insert the planer.
- Align the cutting edge of the planer to the lesions that need to be planed, or to be planed appropriately according to the needs of the operation.
- When removing the planer, press the button A on the planer with your thumb or fingertip, which will separate the planer seat from the drive shaft, and remove the planer from the handle.
- Postoperative care requirements:
Routine care after anesthesia.
Regularly observe and record body temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure.
Pay attention to the bleeding of the incision. If the incision is bleeding too much, the dressing should be changed in time and the bed sheets should be kept clean.
Functional exercise can be started on the first day after surgery to promote blood return and reduce swelling through muscle contraction and relaxation.
After the effusion in the joint cavity subsides, you can do joint flexion and extension exercises, which will increase the effusion in the joint cavity prematurely.

Surface roughness: The surface roughness value Ra of the inner and outer cutter heads should not be greater than 0.8μm. The roughness value Ra value at the cutting edge of the cutter head should not be greater than 1.6μm
Corrosion resistance: The stainless steel parts should have good corrosion resistance. After the corrosion resistance test is carried out by the boiling water test method, the surface of the product should meet the requirements of class b.
Connection firmness: The connection between the inner and outer cutter head and the handle should be firmly connected after bearing 100N static tension for 30 seconds without loosening or falling off.
Adaptability: The product should be compatible with the POWERMAX ◇ELITE 72200617 super-power pedal handle made by Smith&nephew.
Locking: In the locked state, there should be no falling off or loosening after receiving 15N static tension for 30s.
Coordination: It runs smoothly after starting up, without jamming and abnormal noise.
Insertion and disassembly performance: When the handle is in any state, the connecting part of the planing head and the handle can be inserted easily and disassembled easily.
Residual amount of ethylene oxide: After the product is sterilized by ethylene oxide, the residual amount of ethylene oxide should not exceed 0.6mg/set.
Sterility: The product is sterilized with ethylene oxide, and the product should be sterile after sterilization.
